We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ethics and Compliance Officer to join our APAC Legal & Compliance team at VINCI Energies, based in Brisbane. This role is pivotal in supporting our businesses across multiple jurisdictions to meet the required Ethics & Compliance standards within the Group, satisfy regulatory requirements and drive projects to align with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities As the Ethics and Compliance Officer, your key responsibilities will include: Develop a deep understanding of the Group’s global compliance policies, tools, programs and local regulatory requirements. Support compliance activities across VINCI Energies Asia Pacific businesses, ensuring adherence to Group and regulatory standards. Implement compliance policies and guidelines related to business ethics, antitrust, data protection, and environmental regulations. Assist with anti-bribery risk mapping and third-party assessments. Coordinate and deliver compliance training and awareness programs across APAC. Manage internal compliance reporting and prepare presentations for senior leadership. Drive local and global compliance initiatives and participate in Group-wide activities. Travel to other jurisdictions as required. About You You are a highly organised, discrete and detail-oriented professional with a proactive mindset. You work best in a diverse environment and are confident in managing multiple priorities with ease. To be successful in this role, you will have: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field. Previous experience in Ethics & Compliance, including program implementation and training. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new tools and platforms. Willingness to travel. Why Work for Us?
